Half man, half machine, all badass

Victor Stone aka Cyborg info:

Height: 6 foot 6

Weight: 385lbs

Weapons: Bare Hands, Arm Cannon (Sonic/White Noise)

Strengths: One of the founding members of the Teen Titans and the Justice League, Cybernetic enhancements grant him super strength, speed and durability, Mechanical genius able to work out any machine put in front of him, Can hack into any mainframe through his own internal computer, Genius level intellect, His Cybernetic eye grants him thermal/optic/motion sensing vision

Weaknesses: Because of his enhancements Cyborg is susceptible to electrical attacks and can be overloaded, Despite his enhancements many upgrades his body still has its limits.


Sektor info:

Height: 6 foot 1

Weight: 300lbs

Weapons: Bare Hands, Laser Pistol, Pulse Blades, Missiles, Flamethrower

Strengths: Master of Kung Fu and Ninjitsu, Super human strength, speed and durability, Can shoot missiles from his body, Can cloak himself for brief invisibility, Can short range teleport, Can crush opponents with a compactor-esque enhancement stored in his chest, Able to hold his own against beings like Raiden and Shao Khan, Easily defeated Smoke and the Lin Kuei Grandmaster.

Weaknesses: Is mortal, Has to stand still to fire his Missiles.

Battle begin!

“So that’s lean no fat beef for Robin, tofu dogs for Beast Boy, herbal camomile tea for Raven and a whole extra-large bottle of mustard for Starfire, I think that’s everything” Cyborg spoke to himself as he listed off the groceries he had picked up as he headed back towards Titan’s Tower, his footsteps echoing against the wet concrete as the rain beat down upon him.

Turning down a back alley to take a short cut towards the shore separating Titans Tower from Jump City Cyborg then stopped as his cybernetic eye suddenly picked up movement, far too quick and sporadic for someone to be simply taking a jog in the area especially as whatever was moving was now making a beeline straight towards him.

Dropping the shopping bag Cyborg clenched his right fist before swinging it around with a shout, his fist quickly colliding with Sektor’s foot which had been aimed for the back of his head. The impact of the two metallic limbs causing a small shockwave as well as a deafening ‘clang’ noise as Sektor was sent flying back from Cyborg’s punch, the Ninja crashing through a nearby wall before quickly rolling as he hit the floor to right himself in a crouching position.

Upon fully stopping Sektor activated his Missiles firing several out of his arms and back straight at Cyborg who covered his face with his arms to tank the shots. Whilst only slightly damaged by the explosion Cyborg was knocked back by it causing him to slam into the wall dazing him enough for Sektor to be able to rush in and deliver a punishing series of blows on him.

Delivering a powerful uppercut straight to Cyborg’s jaw making him recoil again Sektor drew his Pulse Blades before starting to slash at Cyborg like a robotic whirlwind. Thankfully for Cyborg the metal of his enhancements easily took the blows, the Pulse Blades bouncing off of him dealing near to no damage to him giving him a chance to retaliate.

Shunting Sektor back Cyborg brought his right fist hard into the Ninja’s gut, the metal of Sektor’s body denting from the blow as it easily sent him flying across the street and crashing through the window of the adjacent building.

Confident in the knowledge that the building his assailant had crashed through was long abandoned and due for demolition Cyborg converted his right arm into its Sonic Cannon form. Taking aim Cyborg opened fire upon the broken window Sektor had smashed through and within the same moment the abandoned building lit up and came crashing down.

“Booyah” Cyborg quipped sure that the blast had dealt with his attack, converting the Cannon back into his arm before turning to continue on his way.

As he turned around however a green flash appeared on the ground in front of it to which Sektor jumped out of, the Ninja having teleported out of the building just before Cyborg’s blast had hit. Surprising Victor with an uppercut Sektor then activated his Flamethrowers blasting Cyborg with two streams of point blank flames, scorching the exposed skin of his upper arms making him recoil with a cry of pain.

“That all you got?” Cyborg grunted as he easily came back from the blow, swinging his fist down which Sektor dodged sending Cyborg’s fist down into the concrete burying it in the pavement. Momentarily stuck Cyborg was open to another blow from Sektor, the Ninja kneeing him hard upside the head before drawing his Plasma Blades and driving them into Cyborg’s sides. Like before however the metal that composed Victor’s enhancements held off the Blades causing them to skin harmlessly against him as he pulled his hand free.

With his hand now free Cyborg swung his fist in an uppercut faster than Sektor could avoid striking the Ninja hard in the jaw, splintering the metal casing of his master as he sent his opponent up off of his feet before following it with a harsh kick to his back sending him flying again.

Landing hard on his upper back Sektor used the momentum to roll and land on his hand and knees, opening his Missile covers to launch a barrage at Cyborg as the Titan rushed towards him. Victor easily tanking the Missiles again simply charging through the explosions preparing another swing at Sektor who simply teleported away again.

Reappearing behind Cyborg Sektor drew his Laser Pistol and opened fire on the larger man, the shots rebounding off of Victor’s metal chassis as he turned around converting his arm back into its Cannon mode firing back at Sektor who once again used his teleportation to avoid it.

Teleporting behind Cyborg again Sektor delivered a roundhouse kick to the side of his head making Victor stumble before the Ninja activated one of his famous kill moves. His chest compartment opening up to reveal his compactor enhancement which he promptly clamped down on Cyborg, the top prong slamming down on his head whilst the other slid under his foot before beginning to close with over two tons of pressure.

To his surprise however whilst Cyborg initially seemed to struggle with the pressure on his head the moment he got a hand under the top prong he held it off with ease, even eventually snapping it off completely to free himself from the compactor before wrenching it clean out of Sektor’s chest compartment.

Recoiling as he lost a major component of himself Sektor went on the defensive teleporting away to try to get the jump on Cyborg. As he disappeared however Cyborg switched his eye from motion sensing to thermal sensing, gazing around the streets picking up any and all heat signatures.

Eventually his sensors detected Sektor as the Ninja rushed at him from the nearby shadows allowing Cyborg to block and retaliate. Catching Sektor’s wrist with his left hand Cyborg slammed his right fist into Sektor’s gut, the blow strong enough to punch straight through the metal chassis burying his hand into the Ninja’s insides before converting it into its Cannon mode.

Barely giving Sektor a chance to fight back Cyborg then fired with a shout of “BOOYAH!!!” as his Cannon tore through the Ninja, the blast completely destroying Sektor’s insides before the majority of the attack continued through his back, the rest causing the rest of Sektor’s body to momentarily light up before exploding sending his head and limbs flying everywhere.

Grunting with disgust as Sektor literally went everywhere Cyborg shook the oil and wires off of his arm before converting it back to normal “damn, better not tell Robin or Star about this” he sighed before turning and walking away.

Winner: Cyborg

Another quick battle that I had thought up around a year ago and like so many of my readers and friends stated it was a near complete stomp in Cyborg’s favour, the only thing Sektor really having on him being speed and that is debatable depending on which upgrades he has at the time.

With his arsenal the only thing Sektor had that could truly hurt Cyborg potentially was his compactor and that roughly has the crushing power of two tons of weight which even Teen Titan’s cartoon Cyborg can shrug off with ease so canon DC Comics Cyborg would be able to take it even more easily.
